I just did a quick perusal of her twitter account and all comments from the last few weeks, and there was ONE comment from (supposedly) an LSU fan with this pic:

There is no reason for LSU fans to be hateful or out of control right right now. She posted about this on Monday. It's not like he went to Alabama or anything that would really rile up some idiots.
I can't imagine any actual LSU fan being concerned about a rb that got away while their team is #1 and having all the success in the world. It just doesn't add it. I don't see anyone crying about Etienne around here any more..

Don't the Etienne's sort of feel disrespected by LSU? I am not saying they are lying, but it feels like it could be exaggerated. They only provided one example and you can see trolls like that on any social media platform.
People have to understand there will always be those types online.. and that shouldn't represent an opinion of a fan base. It's sort of sad they are even writing an article on this. And it's sad some LSU fans will dog others. I have so much respect for LSU fans. They are often very compassionate people. They are the most giving fan base I have ever seen. I have seen LSU fans support other fans of top schools more than any other fan base.
I just don't see any reason for hate or bitterness over Etienne. I always see trolls online though. In every aspect of it. And then there is always a copy cat.

We've done it to Tebow, JP Wilson, this death threat to a Texas coach this year from a leaked directory of Texas coach phone numbers LINK just to name a few.

What I don’t like and can’t stand really is this article trying to paint the picture of ALL LSU fans are this way when it’s at worse a few and who even knows if this is true LSU fans and not some other fan base doing this just to make LSU fans look bad.
But at the very least it’s this idiots job to do the right thing and tell the truth. That’s that 99% of LSU fans are great people and would help anyone anywhere if they needed it. So this freakn moron who wrote this article can suck it. Can’t stand the media these days!

You know that just because someone can't prove something doesn't mean that they are lying, right?
One time my ex-old lady found a bobby pin that wasn't hers at my apartment. My guess was that it was the last tenant's property and the cat got into an odd place in the apartment and dragged it out into the open. I had absolutely no proof that I wasn't cheating on her, but I wasn't.
It's possible that she's since permanently deleted these threats because they made her sick to her stomach. I seriously doubt it, but it's possible.

If clempsome had a realistic shot at beating LSU, I might believe this to be true, but since they don't, these people are trying to give clempsome some sort of edge by claiming they are receiving these threats.
