Nuss has shined a couple times with his wheels
Nuss is already a very good QB. I feel like the only change he must make is taking the easy yards that defenses give him. If he does that, defenses have to respect it…. He is very good, and if we can puts some talent around him and good Oline he is going to be great.

I just don’t get. Nuss throws so many short passes and his receivers are making his yardage. Nuss isn’t a bad QB I just don’t get the buzz about him. Overrated.

If that’s all they could come up with to rank ahead of them then I’m convinced Nuss is the best QB in this upcoming draft class. After his heisman campaign season he really could ascend to 1.1 after all. No one could’ve expected Joey B would go 1.1 on 3/28/19.

Warren will be a top 10 pick next month

It's not that crazy. Drew Allar statistically isn't that far off. Nuss just had a bunch more pass attempts. Allar is hyped up for the same reasons as Nuss, his physical talent.
Allar and Klubnik were playoff QBs so I get it as far as preseason expectations go. Last yr Nuss did not have half the team those two guys had around them.
Fast forward to now the expectations for Nuss are higher because he did more with less last yr. He just has to eliminate or otherwise get by that rough patch he hit last year.

Did anyone watch the Penn State playoff game? Allar, unless he was hurt, has a noodle arm. I was amazed as I always heard how good he was. He isn't.

I wouldn't necessarily say that. Clemson had a 9-3 regular season in the ACC. LSU had a 8-4 regular season in the SEC. Clemson was a better team, but I wouldn't necessarily say that Nuss had "half the team" that Klubnik had around him.

Torched Texas who had the best secondary and arguably D in CFB in the playoff

Klubnik, sure that’s fair but Allar? Come on get real. If Nuss was on that Penn State team, they’d be hoisting the trophy.
When you factor in body of work and a retooled roster, I don’t see how anyone not named Klubnik be ahead of Nuss. Can’t go off of potential like Manning until we actually see it. Texas could easily become a major threat with arch or they could fall flat. We’ve all seen what Nuss can do.

Fair enough. I generalized pretty heavy on the playoff thing

Part of the blame is on Verge for scheduling these opponents in the first game instead of a warmup game against Nichols or McNeese. The SEC gauntlet already provides all we need for SOS.

I have a good feeling nuss is gonna go off this year.
