I don’t get it, I will admit I didnt read the whole article but, did they judge any of the other hires based on culture? Is Napier from florida? Is Dykes from Texas? Is Riley from Cali? Seems kinda dumb to only do that for LSU.

I was kind of take aback when I first heard it was Brian Kelly. He without question is a much better technical Xs and Os type coach than either Miles or coach O. I do agree the culture fit is the biggest hurdle. I am glad we took him over Lincoln Riley though. I just do not see Riley as a threat to Saban year in and year out. Kelly will be if he can make it all work……..has to navigate recruiting class fulls if top tier talent……….expectations……..the poor culture already ingrained into our players currently. It is a tall task. I am excited to see what he will do.
