lowery = kick to face/head

??? = broken vertebrae

What I want to know is how "his" vertebrae broke = I seriously don't know how the Rant hasn't found out by now!

You've got Bonnette tweeting the story. I think that is a sign that the LSU administration has Jefferson's back at this point.

No you railed against Lowery and his crediblitly.

I simply pointed out that in order to attack this..you must first have his official statements. ANd nobody has those but the police. You admitted you haven't seen them or the other victims. So screaming and yelling about how Lowery is screwed and his credibility is fricked up..is just BS.. Because you don't know what he said.

That was my point.

You screamed and yelled called me retarded..yet admitted you still haven't seen the report. The article didn't have the report and the police are not going to give details out so that others can's simply come in to have their stories fit.

My position was clear.

The position that nobody knows what the cops have as anyones real statements ...except the night of the fight and the initial report.

I agree if Lowery lied he is fricked...but do you see that you can't prove that here in the Rant bc you don't know what he told the cops at the station.

i'd just about guarantee there is a neurological test that can detect head trauma and whether someone shows signs of recently losing consciousness

Not loss of conciousness but it can show a concussion, which is still enough for 2nd degree.

LINK

Called my mom, she used to do a ton of E.R work a few years ago as a nurse, and she said there is no neurological test that she was aware of a few years ago.

Why do you need official statements if you have statements from credible people who have not yet been given the opportunity to make an official statement?

Stop being so mad about being ignorant. It's ok, some people know more than you. You don't have to be so upset about it.

Actually, the type that gets your released from the ER in two hours in more likely due to compression - as in falling on your arse on concrete.
Trauma person said this 2 days ago on here.

IDK why I didn't think of that. That exact thing happened to my mom a year ago:nopics:

She slipped in the kitchen and broke two thoracic vertebra and re-injured her tailbone.

Also they say a sign of breaking your back is losing control of bowel movements. Maybe that was TMI

How do you prove someone was unconscious? That's tough to do. I highly doubt the marine saying that "I was knocked unconscious" is enough.

You can't prove it. However, you can put a doctor in front of a Jury and tell them that the injuries were consistent with someone that may have been knocked unconscious.

That's why it is such a big deal to keep getting accounts that discredit Lowrey.

my bad. Still loss of consciousness is subjective and refutable. Not saying it didn't happen of course, but it is far from fact.

I'm guessing you are not a doctor.

I won't bet that, but I'd be willing to bet no charges are brought in this ridiculous investigation.

If Lowery has a concussion his testimony is ruled invalid because he has no idea WTF is going on around him and could suffer from memory loss, etc.[quote]well, ok. but replace concussion with unconscious in my post
