Good question. If a guy with no arms gets in a fight
,

That's not something to joke about. One of my friends got sucker punched by a one-armed guy in college.

Funniest shite I have ever seen.

know he lied. What he said happened is not what happened. But I don't have to prove shite to anyone. You act as if there is some Rant burden of proof we must meet in order to say something about this douchebag.

the burden of proof is quickly falling on the accuser. I will lmao when a counter suit is charged.

He was knocked out? But didn't he save the guy getting stomped and drag him to safety? Was he unconscious while that happened?

It seems unlikely he was in a fight, got knocked unconscious, woke up, figured out what was going on and decided to go save some random person. This all in the span of about 2 min.

It doesn't mean that it but it does mean that much of the police report version continues to be flushed out as BS.

You got a link to the police report. I haven't seen it.

Yes. He's toxic. The DA isn't going near his account. No jury would ever believe a thing that comes out of his mouth.

What if he told the cops the truth at the station?

What then.

I mean the whole truth. ....lets say it is ugly...such as ...I started the fight..etc...but I didn't deserve to get kicked in the head.

He gets his credibilty back right there..if he went to the station and gave it all up...cause at the end of the day...the kick is what might screw jj up if true.

His report to the responding officer is considered an official statement. If he changed it down the line, it damages his credibility even more.

Might agree...however if he claims a kick in the head counselor I would claim that at the time my client was in no condition to make a statement...especially if he did have a concussion.

I have seen the report.

I haven't seen the statements given by the other three "victims."

Have you seen the statement given by lowery at the station? NO

My point is nobody knows yet what he said.

If we're talking about the 'hero marine', we know what he said in the first police report, the same one LE seems to be referencing when they state they're investigating JJ because 'witnesses' claim he was the kicker. This thread has been moving so fast that I may have the 'who' made the statement wrong when quoting you...but I have seen more than once the past few days, posters say 'we don't know what the marine told LE'...and now we do, because the initial police report is in the public domain now. And given his first report to LE and what has come out from other witnesses to the events, he's a big liar.

so if 50 witnesses gave stories that contradicted his, they would still take his word over the masses?

If he started the fight, I don't think he gets to decide whether or not he deserves to get kicked in the head.

You know I'm just sitting here thinking about what the reaction of all those outraged marines will be when JJ is cleared and Lowery is charged...

Are you a practicing attorney? Are you primarily defense or plaintiff? Do much personal injury?
