We need to report that little bug to the admins. This thread is too long to validate every quote. No big deal though.

So there we have it. JJ kicked the douche that threw the first punch. Guy isn't seriously hurt. Case closed.

We all know by now that the guy on the ground is Lowery and the guy from the truck got the broken bones. So I assume there can be no felony charge.

correct. The kick did not result in excessive injury. So i guess we need to know who pulled who out of the truck.

Where did I use the word "fact?"

My position is incredibly clear to anyone being reasonable.

Who cares who kicked the guy when he was down if HE isn't the one with serious injuries. I am going to keep repeating that until somebody answers that question.

The guy on the grown was Lowrey. Lowrey claims that he was unconscious. If someone kicks a guy unconscious, then the kicker could be charged with 2nd Degree Battery, which is a felony.

If it was just a fight and there were no major injuries, such as unconsciousness, then the charge would be simple battery.

Thus it matters who did the kicking. However, it also matters if Lowery is a lying douche.

I believe you, but I'd like to see a link too. Can anyone pull it up?

Guy aggressively pulls his car up near the middle of a fight, gets pulled out, breaks his vertebrae.. I don't think he has a case

It's looking like NO.
Cracked Vertebrae looks more like a stomp injury than a kick in the head injury.

No, in the sense that you don't know what he's seen and hasn't. Apparently up to this point he's seen more than the fricking BRPD, as have I. You're just talking out of your arse.

How do you prove someone was unconscious? That's tough to do. I highly doubt the marine saying that "I was knocked unconscious" is enough.

There are 3 other *victims* (potential plaintiffs) and everyone here is focused on Andrew Lowery. Either we will hear their story in court or we'll hear about a settlement. Book it.

Loss of consciousness is enough to warrant a 2nd degree charge. Lowery claimed loss of consciousness.

I'm not declaring whether its true or not.

According to him. Yes. I guess it's in that video somewhere.
