you have 2 witnesses who saw bits and pieces of the fight, and since jefferson was standing around in the seconds/minutes/whatever they saw, he's innocent? and they say they didnt start the fight?
who cares, this is nothing. if you felt jefferson would be cleared as of yesterday, you should feel the same. if you felt he would be arrested, you should feel the same
at the end of the day, all that matters is who did the kicking and who caused the broken bones, thats it. and this "news" does nothing to help explain either event.

Nobody was knocked out in the video posted. Who gets to determine whether or not someone was knocked out, btw? Can you medically test for that?
