Son't kid yourself. I'm your lawyer until you die. No one else will go near your dysfunctional arse.

And I'm slimming down.

Again, the two people are Lowery and the girl he was with. Question is do you believe them or the bar manager?

The two statements that have been made public from release of the initial officer's report state that. I seriously doubt the police are that inept to go through all this shite without more than the victim and a single witness' testimony.

I could be giving BRPD way to much credit, but I'd hope they aren't that bad. Just because the media reports stuff also doesn't make it right.

You have these guys claiming they haven't spoken to the police yet, but how do we know they didn't ignore the calls from the police? It's all in how you state it and the comment I quoted from these same "witnesses" proves that overall their version sheds nothing on JJ's involvement.

Can't agree more. JJ got screwed so bad even if he did kick the guy in the face. Not like he Ender Wiggined or Edward Nortoned the guy

And to expand on this, it has ALWAYS been this. No fricking need for what has taken place the last week IMO.

Any way the guy could've had the cracked or broken vertebrae before the incident just wondering...maybe from a previous fight but never went to the doc

an unrecorded pre-existing condition. Happens in insurance fraud often i would imagine.

I don't even know how much of this "evidence" has been gone over. Just because my doctor says i have a fractured whatever does not mean the accussed can't get a expert witness to refute it.

seriously, what is with you? the bar manager at Shady's will be considered impartial, whether or not he is an LSU fan. More impartial than a couple of patrons, one of whom got involved in a fight.

2nd degree battery/simple battery. I have no problem with Jefferson being charged with simple battery. If I were him, I'd go after the marine for defamation of character whether he had a case or not

Welcome, I spent my time in Submarines and I have tangled in just a few Bar fights with and with out marines...LOL I love my brothers in the Corps but they aint wrapped to tight....I remeber one fight in Holy Loch Scotland where damn near the whole crew on liberty got thrown in the klink along with some beat up arsed marines....we won that one but usually it went the other way around...no one cried and whined and no one tried to sue no body just went out drinking when we got off liberty risk...LOL

You mean the same police that searched a home and took a DNA sample before interviewing the employees of the bar where the fight took place?

If they are able to prove an LSU player kicked a person while they were on the ground that player is screwed in my opinion. I don't think it will be proven though it may have happened. Even if that player (the kicker) gets a lesser charge for some reason the amount of bad PR that he would get would be off the charts. It would be a serious problem if the proven "kicker" would be allowed to play with no punishment.
