Weather is a factor when games are scheduled up north. They intentionally avoid night games late in the season where possible.
I’m not advocating that it should be done, but avoiding day games in August/Sept in the Deep South is not a crazy idea.

It is truly dangerous to attend a day game in TS in the early season. For that reason alone, we need designated night games. The powers that be can work out (well in advance) the freaking tv schedules. An AD with balls could address this.

You are missing the point. LSU has NO control over what time the games are scheduled. They traded that away for millions of dollars in TV contracts.
The only thing Woodward can do is threaten to leave the SEC to get out of the TV contracts, leaving the program billions of dollars behind their competition.

But there are things they can do…
1. Install fans hanging under the stadium. Air blowing down would help.
2. Misting stations throughout the stadium corridors.
3. Ice stations setup throughout the stadium.
Having these 3 things would help.
