The Wuhan’s lab and many others are saying “hold my beer and watch this”. Unfortunately, there are many that are trying to create things that could cause an extinction type lab bomb to cripple or exterminate mankind. I am much more afraid of that than nuclear war.

This is coming from a retard who only yesterday contradicted someone in a thread only to repeat the same frickin thing they had just said.

And when it was pointed out (politely too) threw a frickin tantrum about it.

And you're conversing with another retard who doesn't understand that betting sites display gambling odds.

Neither of you frickin idiots are qualified to speak towards another person's intelligence.

Irrelevant. Unless humanity just up and decides to stop being explorers, there will eventually be a corporation, likely more than one, with a valuation greater than this entire little rock. It is inevitable. As we speak, SpaceX is far out ahead of its competitors.

Oh, I'm surprised you didn't try to call that the "kernel of truth fallacy." The new must have worn off of that one, huh? There for awhile you went around to every thread on the board accusing people of that as if you had only learned what it meant yesterday.

You misunderstanding what retarded is means that isn't possible

It requires there to be something truthful

It could not exist in the realm of finance as we know it

A company's valuation simply cannot be orders of magnitude more than the rest of the earth's economy combined.

And of course he isn't being specific. What metric is he talking about? GDP? Total assessed value of all earthly assets? Both combined?

Like I said, the new must have worn off of it. It didn't bother you not knowing when it actually applied before.

The labels may be unsupported but the "dumb people who are irrationally confident in their takes because they lack intelligence" is a sociological meme, at the least.

Are the high end parts the dubious ones? Like Imposter Syndrome and similar cognitive dissonance?

Well he was right. As were a lot of people talking about people in the E files. The E files are not a list of the guilty. Just some guilty people in the list.

Elon is forgetting the basic fundamentals of supply and demand. He has a product or service. What could be worth more than the entire output of the entire globe? It the Nirvana song “The Man Who Sold the World.” Basically he’s describing something of infinite worth. But what would you give an exchange for something of infinite worth

You are the one confused, not Musk. There are currently companies that are worth more than the entire economy of the world in 1700, at which time the world’s GDP was $371 billion. One of those companies is Space X. The world’s combine domestic product will continue to grow, and a single company in the future will be worth more than today’s sum of all the world’s companies combined.
