Kinda a bad look when his family was adamant he wasn’t transferring

There was never any reason to believe them though. By and large, the families of these high profile recruits are shitty people that just want to not get any heat for being shitty people.

They lied about him not transferring because it was what people wanted to hear and it bought them time. They don't care about it being a bad look. At this point, they're just putting together an RFP for the next suckers that are willing to deal with him.

Yeah, NFL teams usually don’t draft LSU players do they?

Yep. Great hire will bring in recruits and transfers. Look at women’s basketball and baseball

Elias plays through pain,” Shauna told The Athletic. “This is not an opt-out. This is not, ‘He’s gonna transfer.’ He’s injured.” The goal for the Ricks camp is to reassure people in Louisiana that the injury is not Eli quitting the season early or preparing to leave LSU.

We live here,” she said. “I’ll scream it from the mountain tops. We don’t just rent a home, we own our home here. My husband’s family, they’re from Hammond, La. We have a whole family here.” She said Eli will continue to learn while injured and soak up information. She points out how beneficial it will be for Eli to go up against star receiver Kayshon Boutte every day in practice next spring and fall. “He came here because it’s DBU, and he wanted to learn,” she continued. “Not to just go to the NFL. but be prepared and stay in the NFL.”

Don’t even care. Bye quitter.

He could stay and still be a high draft pick. Our history at the position is solid the last 5-6 years.

At least he played unlike one and done stingley.

Ricks has played 14 games over 2 years. 8 last year and 6 this year.

Stingley played 10 over the same time, and an additional 13 games in 2019.

So, I wouldn't say he played much.

I am wondering if he might know who the next coach will be and is transferring because of it. Perhaps he doesn't like the guy. Who knows?

You have no idea why he wants to leave. It;s just a silly look when we're gonna go looking for top end talent to do the same thing he's doing.
