Saban is not sitting kid to keep him for another year. If Saban isn’t playing Ricks there is a damn good reason why.

He gets taken in round two IMO.

What on Earth are you smoking?

He's a walking red flag with his attitude and won't break 4.6 in the 40. He's got great ball skills, but he's not some freak athlete that is so freakish he'll overcome his behavior flags.

He'll get drafted as a flyer later on...maybe.

These mocks and projections are all old. He was a pre-season all-american and hasn't played because he won't practice hard.,

I'd be very surprised if he goes round 2. Round 5 is the earliest imo and even thay is iffy.

Nick would do anything to weaken a rival. Not sure how much stronger we’d be with another soft diva in the locker room anyway this year, but it was a can’t lose proposition for Saban. You embarrass and weaken a rival at worst and you get a free 5 star contributor at best

CBS analysts have him as the number 4 DB in college football and going number 22 overall.

Ok this just screams laziness in their part. I think this was probably what they thought before the season and just haven’t updated it. He’s not playing. There’s no way he still goes this high.

Dude is an idiot. He would have been starting and playing a ton as a projected 1st round draft pick at LSU but now he's barely played at Bama and will probably have to stay another year to get that 1st round projection back. Lost a lot of money just because he's impatient. Nick Saban played him perfectly, forced him to sit out and comeback next year.

Ricks is an idiot, but there’s no chance in hell he returns to Bama now. Pretty sure that bridge is burnt and he’s just waiting to head to the draft.

Who will draft him? What has he done to warrant an NFL team to take a risk?

We're getting rid of head cases, not adding them. Good riddance.

I mean you would reject a talented player who could be a difference maker on defense?

Talented, but Dwight Mcglothren was a bigger loss for our secondary than Ricks imo.

Honestly, I don't want him back, he'd be a cancer. He'd immediately think he deserves CB1 without putting in the work.

I'd rather ride with the young guys and build chemistry as a team.
