Correct. I’m telling OP that the ads are developed and placed off the data the OP has not anything tigerdroppings is getting to sponsor on the site. We would all see the same sponsored ad but that’s why we are not all seeing the same ads..

Not necessarily.
I've gotten ads for real estate agents in Houston and I'm not in the market, nor do I live in Texas much less Houston. Sometimes they're just generic.
