Hummmmm..... GREAT call. Just a little too late.... SMITH (from Amite, La.) is just the BEST receiver in the entire country..... Ed needs to take a break from the mike. He's confusing enough w/o speaking. His actions speak much louder than his words. Oh well - he's extremely wealthy so here's to a great CON job.

I think you are right. Why not come in this game and just put Stingley man to man on Smith and roll the dice. Have the safety cheat to Smith to help Stingley and let the other WR beat you because Devonta sure did in the first half.
Our guys can't cover in zone as they seem to let people wide open and not a LSU player within 20-30 yards. And without a pass rush, nothing will work

I said Stingley and Ricks should have mirrored Smith and Metchie and some imbecile downvoted me like Flott has played so good this year that he could handle one of them if they were lined up in the slot. IDC where those 2 guys lined up, Stingley and Ricks would have covered them.

Seriously, when have our safeties shown the ability to do this in 2020? Those guys have been MIA in the passing game all year it seems. And just missing tackles (or getting run over) on run plays.

Flott got absolutely torched early and Ricks not really playing until after Bama threw for 4 TDs is also head scratching. Ricks has been playing as our best CB and he barely saw the field for A&M.
