If you don’t get by now that ALL major programs sell the 3 and done idea to recruits then I don’t know what to tell you. Making it to the NFL is number one priority to the vast majority of the caliber of players that commit to programs like LSU.

Three and done is the best recruiting tool coaches have.

He isn’t getting drafted in the 3rd lol. If he had a chance at getting drafted in the 3rd then it would be completely understandable but he most likely won’t get drafted period. I’m not knocking him though because nobody knows his reasons, hell he just might not like being at LSU and is ready to try anything different. Who knows what’s going on.

Not to mention I don't think he's ever played a full game at LSU, he's hurt every game, this is a ridiculous, if ANYBODY needed another year to prove himself its him.

For a guy that probably has 2-3 years at best in the NFL according to past history what does another year of wear and tear on the body do for him?

Yeah...not buying the whole bad knees excuse. He played the majority of the snaps from Bama through ATM and looked decent doing it. He always seemed to be in a gold non-contact jersey during his tenure at LSU. I see a practice squad in his NFL future. Really bad move.
