UNLV, Northeastern, Portland, and Omaha. Yeah we are grabbing top of the line talent from P5 schools. McMen will never learn … SMH

Just enough for Scott to keep him another year and “prove” it to the fans he wasn’t a bad hire.
I'm not really for or against McMahon, but if you look back at when he was hired it was a great hire. No one else was going to take that job at that time and he had a great run at Murray St. Give him next year and then evaluate if it worked or not...but that doesn't change what the hire was at the time.

You expect them to grab a few from Duke and Houston? If you don’t know how things work just don’t comment

Not all transfers work out like intended obviously. But where players come from is irrelevant if they are good.

Johni Broome came from Moorhead St. and Walter Clayton came from Iona. Where they transfer from is not the issue, it’s who’s coaching them.

To the idiots criticizing mid major talent go look at AL and FL roster. You people are morons and know nothing about basketball or the current NIL. McMahon got the talent he was able to pay for last 2 years. And it showed. If he gets Jefferson you will look like the idiots that you are . To say these players will suck because they are from mid major school is all I need to hear.. McMahon teams competed this year with way less talent and experience. I will definitely judge him next year as he won’t be dependent on 4 freshmen and a jr who hardly played in 2 years and mid major role players. You are way too uneducated to understand that . If MM doesn’t win next year then they will fire him but at least the next coach will see the commitment LSU is making to basketball. Either way it works. But I see a team with the talent to make a move next year and I know I can depend on you losers to hope he fails because that’s what losers do.

You don't have to look very far to find PLENTY to complain about under this "coach".

That's too low a bar. Sweet 16 or fired.
I don't know about sweet 16, but just backing into the tourney and then getting bounced by a horizon league team in the first round will get McMan nothing.

Busting open the check book for colonial conference players and summit league players bottom of the sec again next year boys
I’m a Wade guy but I must say you are a moron. Look where all the best players in the league came from? Walter Clayton Jr- Iona, Johni Broome- Moorhead state, Mark Sears - Ohio University.. need I say more?

Yeah this is my biggest fear is that we spend all this money and get marginally better but never good enough to really compete and then they go on about how much we improved from 3 wins and now we are stuck with McChicken for a few more years
Why can't you just let it fricking play out. Some of you just cannot deal with positive developments without shitting on it.

Probably because this has happened every seasons he’s been here so people who’ve actually followed basketball aren’t fooled by the fake hype.

The MacMen are coming. .500 plus record in the SEC next year. If this squad doesn’t make the tournament, then Big Game Hunter Scott Woodward needs to give MacMan the axe. They should be somewhat competitive though.

Couple good players, only 1 major conference guy who I consider a role player.
Thomas is a good player. He’s a quality guard, decent shooter but not automatic from 3, and he is competent at the point but might be a little bit more of a score first point guard.
Marquell Sutton is also a good player, competent 3 point shooter, good body control, plus athleticism, can score with both hands around the rim.
I’m not particularly impressed with Rashad king. But it really depends on how we use him. He has good size and seems unbothered by contact. Not the best shooter but wasn’t awful either. Might be a mismatch for smaller guards.
Max mckinnon might struggle with the quickness in the league. He is crafty, it seems like if he gets the ball inside 15 feet or is left open he will find a way to score. He also had decent size for what it’s worth.
Nwoko is a decent big who doesn’t reallt create his own offense. He’s a decent rebounder and defender. Probably comes in behind Reed.
I’m not sure how it all pans out but we may take a step forward offensively and a step back defensively. I don’t think we have the rim protection we probably took for granted this season. Seems like this team is built for transition

You do realize a player from Iona, out of that Super Conference the MAAC, is about to lead Florida to a National title.

Yes you left out the fact McBland is the HC. Dude can’t coach his way out of a wet paper bag. Doesn’t matter the roster. Any more brain busters?
