Always support the players !!! Realize...mentally though...this baseball season is over. Mentally close the attention to this sport. Pretend that the CWS is over. The champion is not LSU and will not be LSU this year. Prepare for football and be excited about Will Wade's 2nd year. Hopefully, Mainieri has better luck with non injuries next season. Also, we should have a more talented , more experienced team next season.
This team doesn't have the talent this season ! Start fresh next February. It's not Mainieri or Dunn's fault.

CPM had LSU in the NCCA championship baseball finals last yr, finishing 2nd in the country. Good Lord.

Hess was 1 pitch from getting out of the 2nd with no runs scored...he was 0-2 on the batter before giving up the hit and 6 straight reaching. We have issues finishing hitters whereas we get down 2 strikes and struggle (most of the players do anyway). Injuries and fall transfers hurt us a lot. We have not had a full 35 man roster this season even with Walker who can't play.
