I know there can't be too much info., but I'd like to know how all the quarterbacks and receivers are doing.

Brennan is up to 220. Giles has been practicing with a blindfold to help work on timing. Burrow reminds me of Peyton Mannning mixed with a little John Elway and Brett Favre.

Burrow is out front... And it isn't really that close honestly. Giles is the best of the veterans, but Jefferson isn't far behind. Racey has made HUGE strides from last year, and will catch some balls this year. All I will say about the freshmen WR's is "Damn..." We're going to throw it early and often. Those boys are going to be special. Without being too cliché, it honestly looks like Juice and OBJ 2.0 with Chase and Marshall. Marshall is finally running and cutting at full speed on that ankle, and Chase looks like a sophomore already with how filled out he is physically. I hate to harp on those two too much though, because Kenan Jones has looked very solid so far. Expect us to run some empty trey and 4 wides with this group of WR's.

I know everyone is gun-shy to even think about us throwing a lot, but it's coming. We have too many horses in the stable not to.

Same old song and dance for him. Flashes of great but still no consistency. All signs point to him being a casualty of the depth chart unless he has a 180 in fall camp.

Yea even though we really don't know what Burrow can do in a game type situation, I think most people at least admit that we're in a much better situation with him here.

If you just watch the guy throw the football, it doesn't take long to see that he's much further along than the rest. I also think that LN and MB actually need this time to develop. They need to take full advantage of it and seriously look at what they need to improve on and do that. If they do we will be fine at the QB position for years to come.

I'm excited about these WRs but I'm also excited about the TEs. I think we finally take advantage of those big guys this year which is something we should have been doing for years. They create such match up problems for a defense.

This offense can really be special with the right moves implemented. Shoot we actually have the right guys to become an air raid offense if we wanted to do that. I ready to see what we have, kinda wished we had a warm up game to start the season BUT at the same time, they know that they need to be fully ready come game one so maybe that'll make them take it more seriously. Well it's better than the team sitting around and playing Fortnite all summer, no?

While I think 7v7 is at best a crapshoot when used as an evaluation tool for HS kids, it's absolutely a useful tool for an existing team to work together over a summer and work on timing, ball placement, the QB finding out exactly where the WR like the ball, etc. etc. Its not just for the hell of it

that's it. We saw what difference timing and chemistry make with 2012 vs. 2013 Mett & Co.

I don't know about air raid, but it certainly looks like we are going to be putting it in the air more often. Quicker passes with more receivers in routes to nullify pressure I think will become the bread and butter.

This is the key element of our passing game that has been absent for years.

This was expected. Myles and Lowell need another year to develop.

I still see Lowell getting some PT in goal line. No point in risking Burrow
