re: FOX reporting Rubio might be a NO on tax bill - geauxtigs999
This is about wealth redistribution. Giving people back money THEY EARNED is one thing(fine with that)...giving them back more money then THEY PAID IN is another. I hope everybody can follow that. The issue I have with Rubio is his amendment is refundable against payroll taxes(FICA). Flat...

re: Stock market falls today due to Marco Rubio's irresponsible rhetoric - geauxtigs999
This bill is intended to drive obamanomics anemic economic growth back up to historical norms
Good to see Republicans buying the trickle down bull shite again. Next, as I've predicted, they'll go back to loving war-mongering....

re: Stock market falls today due to Marco Rubio's irresponsible rhetoric - geauxtigs999
The other day I told you you'd better hope Rubio did not scuttle or even endanger this bill over Child Tax credits. I was a Rubio supporter early on, and would be still. But if he screws this up, Marco Rubio is done in politics. His name will be anathema
You don't want a bigger...

I love how MAGA-heads are mad at Marco for wanting a bigger tax cut for regular people, as opposed to the 90% of this current bill going to big corporations....
On the other side, the corporate reductions and repatriation will, without a doubt, lead to a huge expansion of economic growth, which will mean more jobs and higher incomes for those same "put upon" families.
Yeah, repatriation worked so well last time. GOPe, as always,...

re: What is the projected RB depth chart? - geauxtigs999
I think we're OK with what what we have, but we'll need much better play from the rest of the offense in order to thrive. No more superstar RBs to carry everyone else. If Charles/Traore give us better OT play, we should be pretty good....

re: RE: corporate tax cuts - geauxtigs999
The plunder is these people campaigned on a middle class tax cut and claimed to care about the deficit. The history on corporate tax cuts show mixed success, and corporations are already doing very well....

re: Here are the new tax brackets in the GOP plan - geauxtigs999
Studies show about 30% of it will help with jobs/wages (the rest to shareholders). So it does do something, you're right. I'd rather full immediate expensing for capital investments though, as that helps more with jobs. Either way, no immediate tax benefit for anyone besides big corporates and es...
