Do you guys think LSU could pull off all-purple uniforms like the Vikings today?

Purple helmets, purple jerseys, and purple pants with gold letters and trim. I think it would look awesome. Let’s do it.

Absolutely not.
Now I realize I will be in the vast minority here. I am a traditionalist but I didn't hate the purple pants worn against Kentucky in 1995. I think they are so universally hated because LSU lost that game. I think they could look good if done right. I think the only purple pants look that could be pulled off would be Gold helmet, white jersey, purple pants.

Don’t give a shite about the uniforms, but Justin Jefferson had a helluva TD catch in the game. Batted it to himself with 1 hand & reeled it in.

Some people like to smell farts. Others not so much. I’m partial to a mostly white uniform with purple and gold highlights such as name, trim, numbers and helmets.

I would have to see a mock up, however, I have an open mind despite being 77 years old and loving the traditional LSU uniform. One thing that would be possible is to reintroduce the helmet traditional with just the numbers which was changed to the current one because of television.
