Short answer: yes
If it were proven that he was informed of rape it would be a different story.
But, it's been discussed for some time that he was told that she slept with the player...not was raped by him. Orgeron's response obviously aligns with that.

That being said, the BF story in the USA Today article does not make me believe O knew Guice raped the girl. He may have known they had sex, but that’s not exactly the same thing as rape is it.

Guice hit it the whole team knew about it, player is hurt and in his feelings, O tries to tell him in a nice way that she cheated on him, she's cries rape but never goes to LE, IF YOU'VE BEEN RAPED FILE A DAMN POLICE REPORT AND GET A RAPE KIT DONE!!!
Years later Some ambulance chaser calls her up and...
