He survives only if this year goes smoothly and we compete for the west. We finish 8-4 and I think he’s gone. Why else would these stories pop up at the end of June. Ground work being laid for show cause. Remember this isn’t Woodward’s hire.

The Title IX stuff only becomes an issue when the 2021 win loss record becomes an issue.
Below 8-4? Won't survive.
8-4? Barely hanging on.
9-3? Survives with grumblings.

This story was out there when the Husch Blackwell investigation was going on. What has changed?
Even as written this is a he said/she said. I have not seen any documented info or corroborating info that said this discussion happened as stated or at all.
I do believe CEO did corroborate the issue that the guy was mad that Guice snaked his GF.

Idk what will happen to Ed, but at least he had the foresight to put a felon on his staff to advise him if something like this came up.
