Would much prefer to see more of Kiner and not get Nuss hurt in this garbage year.

Drew Brees could be out there and the Tigers would still get smoked. Without a run game and an average Online, they're done for the season.

Nuss may need to play DB at the rate we are losing them.

If you are going to talk about rostered LSU players like that maybe you should go find an NFL team to root for

To be fair, that was a bad play call. That angle was tough in that circumstance

Max has looked bad but its so hard to judge him considering there is no running game at all and he has the worst oline in probably all of FBS.

You might but it’s not a good idea. I think the most important thing that can be done from here on out is to develop these young WRs. Nussmeier running around like Johnny Manziel won’t help do that.

Unfortunately, a I think the offense hasn’t yet hit rock bottom. And it will be a very, very, bad performance this week. So there’s a decent chance Nuss will get in the game.

What?

Those stats are off. UK went in the ‘make sure no quick score’ defense and allowed the rushing in the 4th qtr.

TDP ran hard all game and I appreciate that. But, LSU did not “run all over them” when it counted

I'm tired of Max never running. He was successful last games last year because he had a running threat. He has to run the RPO with a running threat for our offense to be effective, especially in the red zone. But no, he goes back into the same collapsing pocket every single play. Do you think the defenders ever question where he is going to be? The answer is never. With Nuss, he at least leaves the pocket, has a stronger arm and is a threat to run. Max is lobbing passes and has become very inaccurate. His poor accuracy has maybe costs us a couple of games, imo. I watch taped games in slow motion, and he has been awful against Aub and Ky.
I'm ready to give Nuss at least a half to see if he can improve. He is not going to improve sitting on the bench, and Max is certainly not playing at a level that he shouldn't be on the bench. We can't keep doing the same thing every single play and expect a different result. We all know what this is, and it is where we are. Change something!!!!
