I loved the tri-coloured endzones that we rocked during the summer game. I actually liked the state of LA midfield logo as well, but not at the expense of the legendary tiger eye.

Does anybody know what the plan is for field design in the fall?

Yes I wish they would mix it up a bit though. Maybe paint an old school 80's looking T helmet at midfield

Because when this was put out for the Spring Game they (LSU) said it would only be for that.

The eye should stay with the words “The Path”.

Because we aren’t stupid. And LSU football has said so.

No and if it did it would not last very long.

Thanks. If you read the comments the majority of folks agree with me on the endzones.

My only regret is that I have but one downvote to give. This is embarrassing

135 votes falls way short of an accurate sample size.

So 79 people agree and you think this is the majority? That is the saddest poll I have seen. Why even post that?

They should honor the 2003 team for their 20 year anniversary with the block style endzones, at least for one game.

Need to get Saban's eye of the tiger off the field. Looks cheesey.

Likely 135 people who don’t give a dime to LSU too.

It's not "Sabans eye". The Eye at midfield was around way before Saban came around. It went away for quite a few years in the 90's and Saban brought it back. It's iconic, not cheesy at all.
