I did not see anything in that video that stood out but a receiver dropping a easy catch! What am I missing?

Looks like Hurley
Players tend to swap practice jerseys during bowl prep. That was Hurley.

He’s already at 184
__________
He looks legit, but is thin. At his height, I bet he ends up weighing 200 or more before he leaves. The weight-lifting and nutrition programs we have will turn him into a beast. Will be fun to watch his progress here.

Just like a normal play with decent coverage and the receiver drops the ball. Nothing jaw-dropping here.

Some fans just always gotta be wet blankets and refuse to be positive about anything. Dude is in his 2nd or 3rd practice of college ball fresh outta HS and already demonstrating sticky coverage ability against a flat out burner in Watkins but you’re downplaying that? Some fans simply try too hard to be edgy and negative

OMG, pump the brakes. Receiver dropped the ball.. Pickett needs to add some muscle before next year. He will be a great one, but jezz that was not "making a play" Down vote the truth all you want.
I know. I’m excited too but people automatically saying he’s Stingley and honey badger….slow the F down.

No we’re fans not on the coaching staff with these kids everyday. We’re allowed to be excited about elite young talent flashing their skills. Your trying too hard to be a “ pump the breaks “ guy

Well it’s a good thing there’s nobody in college football right now that is a Burrow, Chase and Jefferson level combo. Not even close as a matter of fact. You don’t hardly ever see a combo that great. So I think Pickett will be fine lol.
Funny thing is I got downvoted to oblivion when it was Burrow that commented on Stingley during the bowl practice being a stud.
Keep in mind that the last 2-3 games of 2018, Burrow was on fire throwing the ball in spite of the offensive sets - which probably looked a lot like this. We know what the 2019 offense looked like that during spring practice.
I was only saying, Stingley owned 1/2 the field against the 2 best receivers in the NFL while a freshman and shutdown Devonte Smith until the end of that game later that season. Pickett should not be judged agains an All Pro first team corner this season when he hasn’t played a down against the likes of those 4 I mentioned.
Lamb did nothing against LSU and they had to move him to get the yards he did versus Stevenson.
Teams didn’t want to throw anywhere near Stingley. They are avoiding him now in the NFL.

That's Bam Bam Barrecca

But he will lose 1 year of eligibility practicing with the team, lol. Who was the genius who said that again?

There’s a name I haven’t thought of in a while. Was the demise of his LSU career grades/behavior related? I know he ended up the 49ers and Jets for a bit but didn’t finish at lsu from what I remember

I’ll slow it down for you. You missed good really coverage by a kid who should still be in high school. Could have been caught though too.

Um, I know some of you all are just hating to hate and saying he was beat there, but also he is 6'4" and raw. I think this might be one of the ways he is use to playing and how can you blame him. He uses his long arms to break up passes and makes it look easy. He will have to learn to get better position but dude will be a stud here and one of the best if not the best in the country when all is said and done. You can not teach height and length.

He is even skinnier that I thought he was. He is long but needs some weight to not get bullied by the big SEC WR's.
