Just sitting here watching our program burn and figured I’d read a little bit about the head of the Board I’d Supervisors Mr. James Williams. LSU proudly displays on his bio that he represented Mr. Dorian Johnson who was with Mr. Michael Brown before he was shot by a police office.
Here’s Mr. Johnson
Here he is robbing a store with Michael Brown before the famous incident.
Here’s an article I found about LSU Head of BOS Michael Williams suing a Police Department.

Here’s a couple of snipits from the article:
Just a friendly reminder that our University is being ran by someone who has actively sued a Police Department. I wonder which Personal Injury Attorney will pay JBE to run LSU next?
Not a Physician, Not an CFO, Not a voted official.
A personal injury afforney who sues Police officers is running LSU. These are facts.

Here’s a couple of snipits from the article:
quote:
Johnson’s attorneys claim he was stopped by Wilson in violation of the Constitution. They say Wilson then used excessive force when he fatally shot Brown and shot at Johnson and missed. The suit also claims that Wilson’s actions were part of a pattern of misconduct by Ferguson police.
quote:
Lawyer Robert Plunkert, who argued first for Ferguson, said there was no seizure of Johnson, as he could have left the street and gone to the sidewalk, as directed, or run away. He also never submitted to Wilson’s authority, Plunkert said.
Johnson attorney James. M. Williams urged the judges to focus on the “totality of the circumstances,” saying Johnson was first seized when his path was blocked by Wilson’s vehicle, but also throughout the encounter.
quote:
A skeptical Judge Raymond W. Gruender said that Johnson was never touched and never submitted to Wilson before running away, adding, a “temporary pause is not enough.”
Judge Bobby E. Shepherd asked Williams, if the stop was reasonable, “doesn’t your claim evaporate?”
Williams responded that the stop wouldn’t be constitutional if it was part of a pattern or practice to “terrorize” the black community, as Johnson, who was present in the courtroom, nodded.

You're a month late with this crap. Everyone here who has been following this already knows all this.
Now... Did you know he's instrumental in getting Wade back and Alleva gone after Alleva threw him under the bus after the Vandy game? I don't care for the guy getting involved in the first place, but if he can now help in ousting F-King Alleva, then by all means, do work.

It's ridiculous, but this is old news

He's a hired gun in cases involving predominately African American juries. It's not an uncommon occurrence.

So he’s just not responsible for his actions now? He’s a fricking sleezball that made money suing men in blue for a their. Truth.

It bears repeating.
Earring is the only racist in this thread.

It’s not stupid at all. It happens all the time. He’s been retained by corporate defendants as well. I didn’t comment on his character one way or the other.

With that said does anyone think Johnny Cochran should run LSU? He’s better than James Williams at what they do.
This state and university need a complete overhaul.

Good point, but Cochran bit the dust more than a decade ago - brain tumor.
