Did we as fans truly appreciate JD5?

I saw lots of fans leave competitive games early, no one really talked about him until mid season and we questioned should he even be the starter in the session and early in the year.

I’m not throwing rocks from a glass house. I’m just as guilty as everyone else

More so as time went on. The opposite used to happen with LSU quarterbacks.
It’s a nice change

Why do these threads keep popping up multiple times a day? Thank god Jayden is not as insecure as some here. He thanked the fans for their support to him and LSU. End of story

Yes. But he didn’t specifically thank The Rant. :eyeroll:

Does JD appreciate his opportunity given to him by LSU?
He said he did. I believe him.

He also said he appreciates his O Line.
His WRs.
The LSU fans.
He is a remarkable young man.

Why do y’all keep saying “we”? Stop putting all LSU in one box.

If you don't like the thread, then don't read.

I’ve been a fan since the 2nd half of Florida State last year. Could see he had something.

To the future downvoters check my post history lol.

He was in a tough spot. He definitely earned the Heisman but at the same time there was a better player behind him on the bench.

Some of us did.

Some of y’all were morons and didn’t know what you were seeing in real time.

Appreciate? tRant is too busy bitching, moaning, and whining to appreciate much of anything.

Fans have been leaving competitive games early for well over a decade. They 'walked out" on PP7 and Tyrann vs WVU in '10 in droves.

To answer your question, no. But part of that is JD didn't truly blossom until after the FSU loss and the D went down the hopper.

What do you mean “we”? Some of us tried telling all the dumbasses here since last year that JD5 is an excellent quarterback. Few said it and few listened.

Proud to have been in the few saying it. He had the best single season stats of any LSU quarterback not named Joe Burrow last year. Him winning the Heisman this year could have been predicted last year if people hadn’t been so retarded.

Yes I appreciated his greatness. I never doubted him and he put in the work to become legendary. He was a joy to watch
