Fell short.

UGA loss - disappointing but understandable.
Bama loss - understandable but we didn't compete with them for much of the 2nd half.

OM loss - this one is still perplexing.

D - thought there would be growing pains; didn't expect them to last all season (less A&M).

I had the Tigers losing three regular season games . Predicted losses to Georgia, Alabama , and A&M .

9-3 was about what I expected considering the mass defections on defense.

Not upset, but didnt expect to lose to ole miss.

With a quality bowl win against a decent opponent I'll be satisfied.

There were several spots that didn't improve as much as I thought they would, however, shocking as it may seem, the defense is 20th in the nation in total defense this year.

I thought 2 or 3 losses were a possibility. I figured Ga, Fla, Bama, and A&M would be tough. Florida ended up being off and we had a great game vs A&M. Bama and Ga on the road- oh well. But Ole Miss was a stinker.

Our o was so much better. Upgrade with Cam. Our d was worse than I thought even with so many leaving early. Overall- not far off from what I had figured.

I said 9-3 at best 10-2. The ole miss game was the only disappointment.

I would say met with the only deep disappointment being the path traveled to the 9-3 record. Like others, I thought they would beat an injury riddled OM team. That one stung.

Offense was mostly a good, defense was extremely inconsistent and frustrating to watch at times. It is a young team thin in spots, but also one with a cause for optimism.

Overall, a bowl win secures 10 wins and that is not chump change.

I think it was an okay season.

Too inconsistent to say otherwise.

Certainly not bad.

the only game that really pisses me off was Ole Miss...

Georgia was one OBJ muffed punt from being won in my opinion....

Gumps...what would have happened if we would have stopped the 4th down punt fake?

a season that several teams in the SEC would have loved to have...

I predicted them to run the table at home and lose on the road to Ole Miss and Georgia. I thought we'd get Bama. I expected 10-2 but thought 9-3 was a possibility.

I'm disappointed because our defense squandered what could have easily been a 11-1 type season. On the other hand there were some real high points and it was fun to watch that defense. In some ways they exceeded my expectations in other ways they didn't.

Overall they fell just a bit short of my expectations.
Still love my Tigers !

Met them. I was really hoping for 2 losses but knew it could be 4. So 3 is fine.

Met my expectations. I figured around 9-3 or 10-2.

The Ole Miss loss was a disappointment. I was worried about them before the season (and after the Texas game), but felt like with their injuries, we'd handle them pretty easy. Never underestimate the motivation of playing a hated rival (and that's still how they see us, even if we don't give a crap about them).

The A&M game was a pleasant surprise. Again before the season, I was a little worried with all the JFF hype; and as the season developed and our defense buckled, that worry grew. I thought we'd be gashed.

UGA game went like I thought, and I was proud of their effort. The Bama game, I thought we played well, but depth wore us down. Kinda figured both games would go that way, although I hoped for better.

The Florida and Auburn games, I was happy with. A shame we couldn't appreciate what we did against Auburn at the time.

I see 10-2 next season, with an improved defense and a dynamic offense. I think we run into trouble at Auburn, and someone else. See us "declining" around 7th to 10th, and people screaming bloody murder when we don't make the 4 team playoff.

I, too, love my Tigers. I'm "satisfied" with being a fan and alum, and grateful for every win they bring us.

I thought we would lose only one. I knew the offense would be improved but I didn't think our defense would get gashed so much. Looking back we really could have lost only one. My expectations were not met

fell short because of that Ole Miss loss

Losing to Bama @ Bama and to a healthy UGA early in the season isn't terrible. Beating A&M and Auburn is good but the lack of passion or maturity in that Ole Miss game was a disappointment

Par for the course IMO. Offense was better than I though, defense was right around where I thought they'd be. Glad we got the W over Auburn when we did, I'm sure they'd tear us a new one now. Disappointed with that Ole Miss game, but I honestly had the Tigers at 9-3. 9-3 isn't that bad all things considered when people think rationally about replacing an entire defense. If only we had last years d with this years o and we'd be unstoppable.

If only.

Any and all of the above, depending on which week. Tigers '13 filled this spectrum.

Considering the losses on defense, I would say we had a good year. The loss at Ole Miss was not good, but the team bounced back against the Aggies and pulled one out against the Hogs. If we get a bowl victory and win ten, it is a very good year.
