Did the band play neck?

The band played Right Above It by Lil Wayne and the student section latched on to it with STTDB. The same song was played a ton in 2019

South Lafourche actually played Neck at a CL pep rally a few weeks ago on WWL. The football players/students can easily be heard saying, “Suck that tarpon dick bitch!”

What had happened was this. It was the 4Q. As always LSU band played “pregame” followed by the disc jokey playing “Callin’ Baton Rouge”. During said time, I surmise, the Arkansas band attempted some hillbilly rendition of their own by their band. In which they started chanting LSU Sucks. This was also coupled with the fact that Arkansas was moving the ball.
As the “LSU Sucks” chants grew by the Arky fans, TGBFTL played a little diddy mentioned above wherein the student section as well as some others throughout the stadium felt compelled to alter the lyrics and go with the lyrics to Neck.
I was a little fuzzy but that’s how I recall it going down. Those pigs got what they deserved.
