I say yes. Keep the ticket stub and write something about only game to be cancelled sincce WWI.

I took my stepson to his "first" game last night, too. I have no idea if it counts or not. I guess...?

I dunno about that. Someone in video was kind enough to send a clip of mine in the student section and they seemed to be having a really great time. (The guy two people down from him looked to be having a REALLY REALLY great time).
So I'd chalk it up as a plus.

My almost 3 year old nephew did and he had a blast. He tailgated all day, played games at tailgates, watched the band come down the hill, saw the pre-game in the stadium, saw Mike in his trailer on the field, was a private suite, saw some plays and clapped all day with a big smile on his face. His first game experience was fantastic.

I went to Austin the day after that game to do work on my graduate thesis. Thanks for making me feel old as hell.
