You’re still confusing buyout with LDs

I was smart enough to understand the question.

You weren’t.

And you didn’t even know that money is typically owed.

You run in some weird circles if liquidate damages is used in every day conversation.

You need to start writing pretty much every media outlet and commentator and tell them how wrong they are because the term “buyout” is used constantly when talking about what the coach would owe the school.

On a separate note, get out from whatever rock you live under because it’s obvious you aren’t engaged in society enough to realize what everyone is trying to tell you.

I lost 5 minutes of time and 10 IQ points reading this shite and trying to figure out why this TT dipshit is trying to play law professor over a simple question.

Who do I sue to get the time/IQ points back?

He has obtained a higher level of sophistication.

Apparently he used to be an idiot like the rest of us who say buyout.

What is his buyout? Let him go, use that money to offset Canada’s and get two more. Aranda isn’t the best DC. If he was, wed have the best defense. Same goes for Canada. Screw both of them. Next man up!

Good job Dizz. Someone finally doing due diligence. My methods at least rubbed off on 1 poster. About 10,000 more to go. We’ll get there Dizz. Hang tight

This is not correct. I would think that he had a buyout and that was negotiated into his contract for LSU to pay it. Now if he didn’t have a buyout then he is free to go

Nah he’s exactly the type that would be intimately familiar with LD’s.. probably some fly by night contractor constantly getting in over his head and getting burned.

Bro you wouldn’t sue, you would seek liquidated damages. Have you learned nothing in this thread?

Remember that time when we hired Pat Sullivan away from TCU but nobody wanted to pony up the $150K buyout and he had to go back to TCU? We ended up hiring Gerry Dinardo who stiffed Vanderbilt on his buyout.

Jimbo was the first I had heard of. Kelly may or may not have had one idk.

I am pretty sure Saban was the first to have this in his contract at LSU. Jimbo and Saban both have Jimmy Sexton has their agent.

You have reached a higher level of retardation than ever thought possible...

And you go on to argue this point for several pages. Wow.

Just wow.
