I was told that there was a bad culture all year long....but what do I know. I'm not going to post what was said about certain coaches. It will hurt feelings.

that team was lazy , outside of some on the defense, and you could see that just watching on Saturdays. If the coach takes the easy way the players will too. I imagine baker had higher standards because the defense looked good though.

Meh, no feeling will be hurt. Give us just one. The way BK was always hollering at everyone, it's safe to assume the staff wasn't all peachy with each other.

I think it’s the reason so few coaches maintain success, it demands so much intensity and dedication any slacking up can bring the program down.
