Not a huge loss, either Johnson will handle it or O will go out and get someone just as good but most likely better.

Baylor fan here. I want to first say congrats on winning the National Championship. It was a lot of fun watching your run this year!
I was curious about your thoughts on Dennis Johnson's recruiting ability? What would you say his strengths and weaknesses are?
Also, how do you guys feel about Aranda being a head coach? We really like him already and he seems genuine. How good of a recruiter is he and how well does he motivate his players?

When they brought him on originally I didn’t think so.
Obviously meatball leaving could change that. Not a huge fan of Bill Johnson long term. Been an nfl coach the last two decades. And the staff seems to be getting older & older.

Gonna be interesting to watch him as a head coach. I'm 100% certain he has a very detailed plan on how to run that program, on exactly what needs to occur and be set in place. Not real sure he can adapt on the fly when things go off-schedule. We'll see, and I definitely wish him the best!
