Obviously you didn't go to school there to learn how to spelling or to show nouns as plural!

Pandering to the fans is never a bad thing for a player.

The only solution is to schedule a Colorado home game here at night.

you do realize this is Deion JUNIOR.

It's not Coach Prime - it's his son.

Ignore him.

but it’s a different type of people online riding with Colorado.

he's not wrong. He's not talking about true fans. That's not a debate. He's saying that there are a TON of online colorado fans (and haters). They are not real fans. They are just on the bandwagon supporting Prime.

Deion is almost on Dawn Staley's level of unwarranted hate and vitriol from this fanbase.

To me his first presser after the TCU game where he acted like he just won the national title kinda opened him up for a lot of the feelings he got after.

As for Dawn - she's without question one of the top 2 or 3 female coaches in the game, but the Utah thing and the comments Re: Fargas/Mulkey were both IMHO really shallow - poorly thought out statements or stands by her, and while maybe she's done and said a lot of good things I've not heard them or heard of them so all I can judger her on right now is the above mentioned things and those do not put her in a good light at all for me.

Deion Sanders has changed the face of college football, at least from a marketing standpoint.

You got that right, from the marketing side of things. He’s great at getting people to buy into and eating up a shite sandwich, even though they know it’s a shite sandwich.
He talks shite nonstop and doesn’t get called out because he’s one of the most athletic and talented professional athletes of all time. I was all in with Colorado for awhile last season, but sooner or later the BS that surrounds him is to much to ignore.
I’m sure after 5 maybe 6 wins this season the same excuses from last year, will once again be the talking points.

Ask him if he was ever a team player at FSU? Or perhaps his former teammates.

Deion is getting the exact reaction nationally that he wants. It has kept a spotlight on Colorado and given him a tool to use in recruiting.

Is all of the vitriol warranted? No. But let’s not act like Deion is a victim in this scenario.

Not a swipe at LSU at all. In fact it's cool he picked LSU to compare to when he thought of huge fan passionate bases and a team with a deep history.

Exactly this.

First of all, the thread title is extremely misleading, making it sound like he was comparing the two fan bases and said that Colorado has better fans. Not the case.

Secondly, there seems to be a lot of poor reading comprehension wrt the transcript of what he said. He was comparing the CU online fans to EVERY other fanbase, including the legendary ones. That he chose LSU as the one to mention by name is more of a compliment than a swipe.

With all that said, I’m relying on the transcript in the OP to be completely accurate because I’m damn sure not gonna listen to it.
