Why would you think Venables would leave Clemson? they have the easiest path to the NC than anyone?

and as of now, Muschamp is still a HC in the SEC, so pretty sure he’s off the list too

The question asked was who would he target, not who you would get.

How could you not at least try?

Apparently, Boom will be HC at USCe for another year.

Odom would have been high on the list but he's headed to Arky. Few other reputable DCs are Elko at A&M and Shoop at State (State in '18 was amazing on D when they had good talent).

I don't follow CFB closely enough to know who the up-n-comers are but they're out there.

I know he’s supposedly staying at Ole Miss, but I’d give McIntyre a look.

My buddy that’s a UGA told me about this guy named Schuman. He’s an assistant DC and ILB coach and he said he’s a great young mind

I’ll take Leonard at Wisconsin as the number 1 choice. He’s young, played the game, very cerebral and also runs almost the exact same D as Aranda.

You call him and offer him Arandas contract. Wisconsin will not counter at all.

We lose nothing in the end.

That’s some knowledge right there...the deadly DSU duo from Hammond.
