It’s just one half, baw, if we run the ball effectively and stay in it for his return, we’ll have a puncher’s chance

You don’t need to gameplan your offense on getting Haulcy back

If Gilbert plays in the first half and gives up a TD in a similar fashion to last year I’m gonna cry

Spears played a lot last year and by all accounts, has looked good in camp. He was going to play rotation snaps this season, no matter what. Haulcey and Cooley just have a lot more experience.

I know the team shouldn’t need extra motivation, but I really hope this just pisses everyone off and gives them a little extra edge.

We're good with him. He hits like Perkins and he's been around a little bit. Im confident with spears, a healthy Gilbert or Toviano.

If he screws something up, I won’t cry, I will be pissed. We had 3 safeties that weren’t FCS level, and instead of just playing young dudes we let ourselves slowly die. This dude is like a fricking cockroach, JUST GO AWAY

He was a top 50 recruit, #2 safety in the class, now going into his 2nd season....and isn't in position to start. Its not promising.

Doesn’t Clemson have a new OL? This may end up being a non issue if our front 7 whips their new OL.

OTB said their RB just moved from WR. Their QB & WR are elite, but if we create pressure or a couple turnovers, this may not matter. We’ll see.

No one plays multiple true freshmen at Safety, dumbass. Spears played a lot and even started some games last year, but he wasn’t really ready to play in SEC games.

This is stupid. He’s behind two guys with a ton of starting experience. He’s going to play rotation minutes this year and will likely be a lock starter next season. All reports on him coming out of camp have been positive and that he’s improved as expected so far in year two.

We’ve had a big problem the last two years depending heavily on young guys having to play starting or rotation minutes immediately. Weeks panned out as a Sophomore, and Breaux and Reliford held their own, but it takes more time for others. McKinley wasn’t making an impact until late in the season and Woodland and Spears weren’t ready for the roles they were put in. It’s hit or miss. That’s why the staff went to the portal and got vets with P4 starting experience.

The front seven needs to be able to get to Cade and put enough pressure on him to dump it off quickly or throw it away or get the sack and not give him time to sit in the pocket to go deep.

Kid has talent. watch him make a big impact play in the first half. Wouldn't that be some justice.
