Needs to show he can actually pass rush... He didn't have the sacks I was hoping he would this year.

Talk about Awesome if it happens. Might we be seeing a trend with the 3rd year players all returning to go for a national championship and kick AL's A-- ??

at least one the OL needs to come back. 4 new starters on the OL will not be good with a mediocre QB. Don't care how great the defense will be

He needs to stay. He would get erased in the NFL right now.

The mindset for NFL teams is that they can get him ready. They can't get him to be 6'6" 240 and built like a rock. College production matters, but not nearly as much as physical attributes and what NFL teams could potentially do with a guy with his physical attributes. The fact that he hasn't been a great pass-rusher will hurt him, but with that size I don't think he falls any further than the mid 2nd round.

Still hope he comes back though. Injury is always a big concern, but even if he has a slightly worse season next year I still don't think he falls out of the second round. To me, his potential to improve outweighs his risk of a bad season hurting his "stock"

To the poster that mentioned Jeremy Hill, his performance in the Iowa game was the nail in the coffin.

He straight up dominated like a man on the national spotlight against a very good defense.

Also, he clearly made the right decision. He is continuing his badassness in the pros. Danielle is not as NFL ready and everyone knows it, including Danielle.

Well of course his stock would go up "if he gives the scouts the production they want to see". It's what happens if he doesn't that concerns him.
