Not the biggest, but up there.
There were plenty of examples at MSU, it isn't just at UF. Such as calling the cops on Robinson (RB with Dak) when he was using the practice field to do training for NFL. Or high fiving Dillon Day when watching him stomp opposing players in the film room.
I seriously, no joke here, was waiting for him to reference Franks as Alpaca now that he's not the starting QB and out with injury. He's that type of coach... if you're not helping him, you're not worth anything to him.
Frankly, every staff needs those type of coaches. Business is business and business needs to be handled. But not as HC, and it shouldn't infect a whole staff.

Yes. And is it me or does that cockstick goofy-face whistle more than he actually talks?? He acts like the 10 year old who just learned and tries to whistle at everything and everyone. Next year I guess he'll be gleeking at everything.
