There is NO doubt that Lane Kiffin isn’t going to get much support because he’s not as well liked, that’s fine

If it were Kirby, Day, etc you’d hear more attacks on the system and conferences.

He's right. The NCAA is an embarrassing institution run by idiots.

Nothing he said is wrong. Like he said, it’s not the players or the people utilizing the situation that’s embarrassing.

It is embarrassing that the NCAA has absolutely no plan and no handle on this brave new world of college athletics.

Correct...he's not wrong.

NCAA 5 for 5 and NIL is such a freakin mess right now. It needs to be fixed.

Didn't have a problem with anything he said until the last part with the pathetic pun.

Edit: I said this in multiple other threads, but all the NCAA had to do was wait until November to change the rules. This is their blundering. Making significant changes to the rules in the NIL era with so much gray area you could drive a truck through it.

He's not specifically calling out LSU here, he's saying college football as it is a mess. I agree with him.

Dabo no issues with a super church paying his players under the table but once the rest of the country got on a more level playing field.....well then we have morals

The same guy who claimed he would never get players out of the transfer portal and was against NIL is about to get slaughter by a team full of them

He is holier…on this subject. Dabo has walked the talk on resisting the professionalization of the college game.

Maybe I will be eating my words come Saturday night, but Dabo appears to be in the end stages of becoming this generations Les Miles. A guy who once had a championship caliber program, but ultimately watch that program decline due in large part to his own stubbornness and hubris in refusing to the ever changing landscape of college football.

For Les he refused to change to adapt to a modern offensive approach.

For Dabo, he has refused to fully adapt to the free agency, "professional" nature of CFB

It’s still Dabo being holier than thou and disingenuous.

They have their own player in court fighting for eligibility. And after years of acting like he’s too good for the portal, dabo had no choice but to join in.
Dabo has resisted the whole wild west transfer portal and NIL stuff more than anyone in college football. I give him credit for having that opinion and sticking to it better than anyone else.

Its ok to play the board that's in front of you, while simultaneously hating what the game has become.
