It depends on how well the stand does financially, volunteer groups may be allowed to take beer only stands, but not the highest volume ones, they’ll keep internal staff for those. The entire thing is a sham, hospitality companies do the profit share thing and end up paying wages that amount to sub minimum wage in many cases
Also the hospitality companies end up outsourcing the shittier stands that no one wants to temp agencies who bus in the worst of the worst, I’m talking unemployables from the worst neighborhoods within 40 miles

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday all the devices (there are hundreds) are reconciled and eventually batch posted.
Then your bank needs to process that info and post it. Some are slower than others. Gulf Coast is slower than dirt, Chase is pretty quick
You should take a cruise. Not uncommon for it to be 10-12 days after the cruise ends before it settles. I’ve even had pending authorizations drop off before the charge settled
