Sanders is the last person that should be a leader of young men. His whole life has been about him and not a team. Not a good example. He threw out the old team and brought in a new one because they, in his mind were trained losers. Colorado has been a door mat in CF since Erik Biennimy left and will be while Sanders is there. He doesn’t deserve to be called his nick name or Mister.

Is that for real? I can only imagine most of those bets are being placed by NFL fans who know little about college football.
I'm sure they saw how big the odds were and thought it would be some good value to put a few dollars down, but you're right those people probably don't follow CFB much. If you're going to put your money on dark horse teams to win the title there are much better teams to invest in because a bet on CU has 0 chance to hit. The Pac 12 will be the best it's been in a long time this year and CU also plays TCU and Nebraska under Matt Rhule in the OOC.

Tbf he's correct insofar as that. They went 1-11 and reportedly as soon as they got that win over Cal most of the team quit trying the rest of the year and then they had a big party after the final game to "celebrate" the end of the season. Doesn't get much more loser mentality than that.

I’ve seen enough of Deion to know he isn’t a D1 head coach.

Y’all are making the biggest deal out of fights at football practice lol. That shite happens everywhere and all the time too. Y’all wouldn’t believe some of the fights I’ve seen at a college football practice before.

Coach Prime- to the guys that walked off and didn’t participate- “if one fight, we all fight!”
Why are they all so small?

aren't lighting up the recruiting trail as assumed.
He signed the top-ranked cornerbacks in the nation for the 2022 and 2023 classes. And Colorado ranked #1 in the Transfer Rankings for 2023.
I think that's a pretty damn good start...

Sorry I agree with Prime on this

Yall infatuation with Coach Prime is weird.
Only thing weird is your sentence structure.
You are also incorrect. There were a thousand threads about the LSU fight, and 1 thread about Colorado’s fight.

Why do some of those jerseys have Instagram or twitter handles as their names
Everything in our bankrupt culture revolves around social media now.

They look like high school kids.

You can tell in this thread who played football and who didn’t. If my brother gets in a fight, I’m in a fight too no matter if they’re right or wrong. We’re in this shite together. It’s less about throwing hands and more about making sure your teammates are good. Brother’s fight sometimes at more often than not it strengthens them

58 guys transferred out and only 13 or 14 of those ended up at power 5 schools. A few others at good group of 5 schools but most ended up taking a major step back or not catching on anywhere. So the rest of college football mostly agreed with him about the guys that were there.

I like Deion but take the Under 3.5 wins.

I took that a little differently than what the plane message was. Prime was teaching group mentality and not instigating violence. He’s playing off of in-group/out-group psychology. As if to say, the collective will make the decision not an individual participating or individual(s) taking exclusion. Which is to say, if a fight occurs we will all be there to work together as a team. Each individual hold the group as a priority or accountable for the goal of group success. The team also responded well to the fight to the affect of breaking it up and not adding to the mayhem.
The face value of prime is a shite show but subsurface the man is creating a healthy competitive camp environment. At which point do you pull the bandaid as a new coach establishing culture? Prime did it day one. BK decided his approach would be organizational with a top-down/bottom-up approach. Both aspects have their pros/cons but each reflect conviction of implementation by the head coach. On one had a roster was comparatively above average whereas the other was comparatively below average. One can afford to trim the fat whereas the other could/can not.
Boutte in the first year with BK is a prime example of BK’s cultural approach. He very well could have been cut. Instead he was helped and empowered, considering where he fit within the existing group; which in turn created a more cohesive culture. Second year, a player causing countercultural ideation, thus suspension. In both ways BK empowered the team and in both ways he implemented a team first mentality. This is similar to what Prime did it’s just from a different fundamental/situational approach.
