It was clear he was low character trash when he pulled that walking backwards into the endzone stunt vs Florida. I see lots more crime in this kid’s future.

Watching him struggle in coverage and get physically dominated against LSU was very satisfying to see. Karma got him pretty good.

It’s too bad some of these kids just don’t have a clue. Hope Ricks never plays a meaningful down of football again.

The most disappointing and karmic thing about is that had he stayed at LSU and learned from adversity
and how to be a good teammate, his football career likely has a completely different trajectory.

Imagine the arse chewing Saban gave him during film too after that… actually he probably just gave up on em at that point.

I never had good vibes about him once he arrived in Tuscaloosa. Was not surprised he basically only ever saw the field to relieve a true freshman who couldn't recover from getting burnt quite as easily as you'd like.

That entire play in OT was a thing of beauty. To see LSU players mauling the entire right side of Bama's defense like that was amazing.

I honestly have no problem with a kid wanting to play for another school…even Bama. But after he lied and left the way he did, I have no further interest in him. Good riddance.

He proved Nick isn’t the perfect DB coach & talent evaluator. Dude can’t play

His lack of success has nothing to do with Saban’s lack of ability to coach, trust me.

It has something to do with Saban’s lack of ability to do something - Coach, evaluate, motivate, hire, something.

Very disappointing how he turned out. He brought it upon himself and has no one to blame but himself for being a disappointment on and off the football field.

That notates he was originally rated the #5 overall transfer available when he entered the portal.

I always thought he looked stiff in coverage. His instincts and anticipation were good, and he made some big plays jumping routes his first year, but he always seemed too slow/stiff in coverage.
