First away game: 02 Va Tech (searched for a LSU message board after this game to bitch about Va Tech and that game and found this board

v. Rice in Shreveport 1975(many home games in '74-'75,)
v. Bama in Birmingham in 1976, iirc, went to to Jackson v. Ole Miss when they used to have back to back games there, (Bama and Moo St. played right after us)

First time in Tiger Stadium was 1964 when LSU hosted North Carolina. I was 8 years old and fresh off a haircut that morning to get me spruced up for the trip to BR from Eunice. Johnson’s boudin preceded the trip, per the usual on fall football Saturdays.
