He was really inaccurate in high school and needed to mature and develop. Should go to a G5 school and stay out of the bars.

Kelly probably wouldn't remember who he was.

Isn’t he the one who is lucky he is even alive after smoking a tree on campus? I’m sure that was due to smart decisions.

C'mon man the kid enrolled at like 16. I went to LSU at 18 and got into plenty of trouble. If I started halfway through my HS junior year I'd be dead.

Whoever advised him/his parents to throw him to the wolves in BR at 16 is an idiot. Doesn't mean he's a bad kid, he just wasn't mature enough at 16/17 to handle it...like 99% of this board isn't/wouldn't have been.

Kids graduating from high school an entire year early seems nuts to me. I was pretty crazy at 18 years old

Havon Finney, CB from Cali is at spring practice right now and would be a junior in high school. He reclassified from ‘27 to ‘26 and graduated in December 2025.

BK can hire him as his caddy.

He entered college at the age of 16.
He was not mature enough to handle that environment at that time. He should have stayed in high school.

I respect the ambition but I agree.

I had expectations for him to do well. From what we could as observers, seemed like a mature guy coming in early.
I hope he gets it figured out.

Why did he leave HS early like that? Was this a situation where his parents and "people" thought he was so good he could do that? Or was it just to get into the college football program earlier to get ahead (training/practice etc)?

He was stupid for going to Michigan, because that wasn't ever going to happen.
