Gosh jenkins! How in the world did he survive this?

I am worried Colin might be in bad shape. I have seen lots of posts praying for him and his family
Our favorite son who shite on us, Bryce Underwood, posted 2 stories today about LSU players. Super weird

Hurley's Dodge Charger crashed into a tree at South Quad Drive and Highland Road, near the south gates of LSU's campus.

Hopefully he’s going to be ok, but how do you wrap your car around a tree when the speed limit is 25?

True, but also automobiles today are designed to crumble and absorb energy.

The bartender has no responsibility to refuse service to a kid he knows is 17?

Snitches all around. What happened to the bartender code of what you see in a bar stays in a bar
Dummy.

Bartender doesn’t and isn’t responsible for validating age/checking ID. If he’s in the bar, someone else let him in.

What if it is a bar where they let 18 year olds in.. how do the bartenders tell who is legal drinking age versus the underage without checking the individual before serving ?
Posted on 1/16/25 at 8:25 pm to lsuhunt555
Couldn’t Dodge that tree I guess.

These bars typically have arm bands for those that are legal to drink.

They literally test blood for DUIs involving weed this way all the time. It's not simply a positive or negative drug screen like you take for a job. The concentration level are measured. That can be used, in court, to show whether someone was or wasn't impaired.
No they don’t… the other poster was right…it’s positive or negative it’s on you to prove otherwise in court…

Got to blame anyone but the actual person that made dumbass choices and wrapped his car around tree right?
Posted on 1/16/25 at 8:41 pm to monsterballads
Need to make sure Lacy wasnt the one who hit Colin Hurleys vehicle

100% not true. Even in a place where the age is 21 to enter and bouncers check id’s at the door the responsibility lies with the person who pours/serves the drink.

Prayers for a full and quick recovery. Scary situation.
