Nuss isn’t coming back next year. He will be one of the top 5 QBs taken. Also, OL will be in semi rebuild mode next year. He will finish strong this year and will be drafted in the first few rounds.

If both of these guys are as good as advertised. There’s no way both will stick around. There’re gonna want to play . If not here, then somewhere else. And you couldn’t blame whoever leaves.

We are not good if a true freshman has to start. Like it or not, the SEC will eat him alive if learning on the job

I love Hurley. Did any of you read the letter he wrote to LSU? I think he was 15 when he wrote it. The kid is very smart. I'd love him to start for LSU. And if he makes the decision to transfer, I will be a fan of his no matter what.

Omg people on this board said the same thing about Brandon Harris, “you idiots don’t know what’s coming out of north LA”, you know what, yes a damn bust, let the dust settle you retards.
To be far, Harris would have been incredible if he had an actual QB coach and ran an offense that fit his scheme. He screwed himself over loving Louisiana and LSU too much.

I think Nuss leaves now TBH. Now my opinion could chsnge by the end of the year, but i always thought he'd be one and done because of the numbers he was putting up, and what he will be losing.

The OL is gone after this year. You can say what you want, but no backup OL has proven they will be able to protect him like Will Campbell has.

Lacy is gone, and i don't see Mason Taylor falling past the 3rd round. Nuss should be using him more TBH. I think Aaron Anderson depends on what Nuss does. He has speed, but he's not Tyreek Hill fast so his height will be a problem for 1 year of production if he's hoping to go first round. I could easily see him in the 3rd round though and proving himself at the next level. Dont know what Daniels does. Penalties by us have robbed him of multiple TDs, and he has now missed 2 games because of injuries. Nuss leaving would be an easy excuse to transfer again.

If Nuss averages 275 yards over the next 5 games (bowl game included), he'll have 4k passing. He needs 2 TDs a game over the next 5 games to hit 30 TD passes. According to the bottom 6 SEC teams in TD passes given up, we've already played two of them in Arky and TAMU. Three others in that group are Bama, Vandy, and Oklahoma. Crazy part is that Bama is ranked 11th out of 16 teams in that department and have played one good passing team period, and i mean that. In all honesty, i think LSU's offense has a field day vs Bama.

This is why I’ve always scratched my head whenever someone starts a thread or makes a post about Collins or Hurley and their potential - neither of them will ever start a game for LSU. If Nuss comes back next year, Underwood will start in 2026. If Nuss leaves, Underwood will start in 2025. I was also shocked when Collins got an LSU tattoo last year

Wholeheartedly agree. Bama’s offense on paper matches up poorly against our offense. They lack a pass rush esp on the edge so they won’t get much pressure on nuss he will have a lot for Ime back there. Their pass defense is not very good and surrenders multiple big plays. We will throw for over 300 yards easily

Do you remember Caleb Williams and many others after him? Underwood won’t step foot on LSUs campus after signing day.

Underwood is 6’3 200 with running & passing skills A student a generational talent not a scatter brain. Underwood will put LSU on the map like Tebow did for Florida I say this now start getting his statue ready
