They need to revisit that rule in the offseason. At the very least it should be a ball unless they lean over the plate. Pretty sure that's the MLB rule too

These calls have been wrng..... if you go get the ball, it should be an out,
but moving on a ball that is in the box needs to be an HBP all day long

How can a certain ball 4 be turned into an out? It doesn't make sense that he would try to lean into a clear ball 4. That's a silly rule.
