He was the interim HC in '03 after Nebraska fired Solich, they hired Callahan who didn't retain him. Was rehired at Nebraska in '08.

Rich Rodriguez and Greg Schiano are active NCAA coaches.

Joe Gibbs, Art Shell, Bud Grant are all HOFers that have done it.
Although Shell isn't in Canton for his coaching.

Pop Warner had two stints at Carlisle

unless I'm missing something, it's still not allowed for a coach to pay a player directly from his wife's bank account.

Then come up with a better thread title. I provided you with examples based upon your own thread title. Even in your OP, the first thing you mentioned was coaches returning to their previous school. After you mentioned that you said “or had better success”

and Mike Riley absolutely had a better tenure RD2 at Oregon St.

What you're missing along with all the other LSU basketball haters, is the facts about what occurred with Wade, his wife's bank account, and who was or wasn't paid through it.

You are. Its players can be paid in the open now. Had it been legal then he wouldnt have had to hide.

This is the only example given in this thread that would be an apples to apples comparison.
