A- or B+. Either way I am very pleased with this being his first full year. If we lose to Notre Dame it will be a B-.

Can we agree that B- and C+ are basically the same?

Why such a drastic potential swing for this type of bowl game?

Lotta people don't put stock in the bowl games...I do.

It brings a positive end to the season...gives the returning players something to build on....certainly can't hurt recruiting....improves record....quiets the naysayers (some )........and best of all, one more chance to see the tigers play.

D...we lost to Troy at home and Moo St beat us by 30.

Beating Rkansas, A$M, Auburn and Florida brought a low F to a D.

B-

Pulling the team together and not only salvaging the season, but turning the team into a legitimate top 15 type of team was very impressive.

Obviously, the slow start and issues leading to the Troy game count against him.

Overall, he gets a B-.

Horrible low points no doubt and inexcusable.....but what???

Are we not supposed to play the rest of the games? Just wallow around in self pity?
O did a decent job of salvaging what started out as a shitty season.
No one really thought (deep down) we'd beat Bama...if they're being honest...I didn't.

So with that in mine.....take your F and shove it.

I was born in Sherman and you're giving the place a bad name.

Lost to Troy, but never lost control of the team. In fact, he rallied the team to finish strong. Not where anybody wanted the team to be, but he showed me that he has control of the situation and kept the kids focused. 1st year coach? Not bad. In fact, not bad at all.

another sign his ego is trying to be HC- we just let a coach go for the same ego issue

I lived there for 22 years. Fine place.

You are giving LSU a bad name accepting the fact we lost to Troy and to Miss St by 30. That is a total failure. It was a solid "F" if we don't win the games we should from that point on. Here's how I graded the season.

BYU- 85%
Tenn Chatt -80%
Miss St 56%
Syracuse 78%
Troy 0%
Florida 80%
Auburn 92%
Ole Miss 80%
Bama 70%
RKansas 80%
Tenn 80%
A$M 80%

Average=65.08% or a Solid "D"

C+ but can be better (B-) if we finish out with a nice bowl performance.

Early on the losses were bad but O, the staff and players worked their arse off and didn't mail in the season after some rough losses. It was nice to see the team finish with momentum. Schedule wasn't too bad this year but its not our fault, just makes it more difficult to judge a season

Lets beat ND, finish up this recruiting class with a few more studs, there will be a lot to be excited about for next year.

There were some bright and not so bright spots this season, hopefully we can build onto it and improve year two.
