True, but I certainly think we're due to be in the playoffs.
I would be happy with a string of 11-2, 12-1 seasons. But I would get antsy about wasted opportunity after a while.

I would Be surprised if we went 11-1 a few years and never made it into the CFP

remove the 2016 stats. Would you please list all of the beautiful SEC coaches that were fired in the last two years that he “beat“. He has been a C minus coach. No different than miles. To get an A he needs to beat Alabama and win the west. Finishing third again doesn’t get it. Third in the west that is. Just like last year. Not good enough.

That dude is a joke too. How many of these nut jobs are there. They seriously get upset when something remotely positive lsu comes out. I haven't seen a single poster think suddenly we will be landing all these so cal kids. Posters like that are absolute nut jobs

Any good coach has to get the most from his talent.
Some can make good on 3 star talent and some need 5 star to get bye.
O has a ton of talent and a returning starting QB so he can’t argue that there is no talent onboard. He has to develop that talent into a top performing team.
With this talent, we ought to be expecting a playoff spot and many would say that’s selling it short. I think we can do better than just a playoff spot but that is the minimum for me to be satisfied and give him an A

The answer to both is yes. I certainly think we can beat bama on a good day, but if you answer those questions honestly, not sure how you EXPECT.

I'll continue to support LSU, not the head coach at the particular moment. Just like I did with Archer, Hallman, Dinardo, Saban and Miles. I'm an LSU fan, not an Ed Orgeron fan.
